: Formalizing to implement “Guarded Community Scheme"

We wish to bring to your kind attention that our garden has been developed into a “Guarded Housing Scheme” by the developer – LYL Sdn. Bhd. Owners have consented for such scheme by signing the “Deed of Mutual Covenants” with the developer.

In accordance to the guidelines of “Guarded Community Scheme” issued on March 2010 by Lembaga Perumahan & Hartanah Selangor and to formalize its legal status as a registered “Guarded Community Scheme”, the association (PERSATUAN PEMILIK DAN PENDUDUK KASTURI 2 – TAMAN SEGAR PERDANA) must submit an application to Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj) for approval to implement such scheme.
